Meet the (International Award Winning) CFS Team

Award winning?  Yes!

In September 2022, Brent and Chris Caithness attended the 2022 International Window Film Conference and Tint-off in San Antonio, Texas.  Pre-selected as one of 5 finalists chosen world-wide for the inaugural Decorative Window Film Competition (based on a portfolio submission of past works compiled by Chris), Brent then brought home first prize with a beautiful design incorporating digital print, computer cut graphics, and 3M Dichroic with different designs on each side of a single glass panel.

The design was done by our amazingly talented Graphic Designer, Gayle Marshall in response to the competition theme of “What does the window film industry mean to you?”. Gayle’s design brought together home grown Perth-specific elements of the Swan River, Perth City skyline, and our state emblem – Black Swans. Norfolk Island Pines were included as a tribute to Perth’s status as a port city, while the use of a fern was a nod to Brent’s New Zealand heritage. The LNG Tanker represents the “out of the box” film solutions CFS has completed in the past, while the train represents our ongoing, long standing relationship with EDI Rail-Alstom Transport (Maintenance) for maintenance and new install of graphics and window films to Perth’s PTA Train Fleet.
